• Wrong Recipient Name or Phone Number causing failed delivery.

• You refused the delivery without reason but later request us to resend it.

• You failed to pick up the parcel from the local post office/courier point within the holding period.

How It Works – Simple 3-Step Process:

1. Contact Us FIRST: DO NOT buy this item immediately. If your parcel is returning to us or has failed delivery, please contact our Customer Service first with your original order number.

2. We Confirm & Instruct: Our team will verify the situation and confirm the applicable reshipping fee. We will then ask you to purchase ONE unit of this “Reshipping Service Fee” product.

3. You Purchase & We Ship: After your payment for this service fee is confirmed, we will immediately arrange for your order to be shipped out again to the corrected address you provide.

• ⚠️ Important: This fee covers the new shipping cost only. Any additional return shipping charges incurred (if the original parcel is sent back to us) may be charged separately. We will be transparent with any extra costs.

• ✅ Our Fault? No Charge! If the delivery failed due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will reship for FREE. You do not need to buy this.
